Hanping Chinese Dictionary Pro & Lite 4.2.3 released

This is an important bug fix update.

• Performance bug fix - accidentally introduced a bug in 4.2.0 which made Chinese character searches very slow (noticeable on older devices)
• Updated CC-CEDICT dictionary data
