Hanping Chinese Dictionary Pro 4.0.7 released

This is a bug fix update on 4.0.6.

• Widget bug fix on LG G3 - cards were transparent in some cases
• ABC dictionary download bug fix - on rare occasions, the downloaded file was being ignored and so installation could not proceed
• Other bug fixes
